Job Description
- Experience with administration and maintenance of computers, servers, and software, in addition to HelpDesk troubleshooting in an office environment
- Experience with databases and information systems; experience with mobile apps a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a customer-service attitude
- Manage Sophos Router and Firewall
- Provide assistance in procurement and evaluation of all IT technical equipment
- Working Knowledge about Virtualization and cloud services.
- Manage Active Directory, File Server, Backups, Email
- Manage and Update website
- Participate in daily operation and report generation
Job Specification
- +2 with IT Certifications or Bachelor Degree in IT, degree not a constraint for experience candidate
- 2+ years in relevant field
