Position: Import / Supply Chain Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Complete handling of Import
• Vendor Management, generation of Purchase Order as per purchase indent.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of CUSTOMS documentation within the defined SLAs deliverable,
• Well versed with Import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Assessment of In-transit damage, lodging claim to insurance provider and submission of document for claim settlement.
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Coordinate with Banks and Freight Forwarder.
• Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
• Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

• At least Graduate in Bachelor with 2years of work experience in relevant field.
• Proven track record in strategic formulation and execution of strategy.
• Experienced in statistical analysis tools, qualitative and quantitative methods, Market Research, customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Experienced working in ideally a small, start up, hands-on environment.
• Able to work effectively in and across a highly matrix environment.
