Job Description
  • Respond to all phone call/requests from other departments.
  • Monitor computer system, and stats.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk and Engineering, and all other relevant departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Housekeeping Office.
  • Monitor office supply inventory.
  • Dispatch specific requests to floor supervisors, house attendants, room attendants, and public area attendants.
  • Prepare the room attendant prep-sheet for the following day.
  • Effectively communicate Crew, VIP, or any other Special Attention guest to the appropriate Housekeeping /Front Desk associate.
Job Specification
  • 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend and carry out simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Possess prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressured work environment.
  • Basic skills using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Required to walk and stand throughout the majority of each shift.
