Position: House Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

​The Dusty Yak Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee our residential properties and ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential properties.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors.
• Update Trustees regarding the daily activities of the company
• Oversee and manage housekeeping and laundry staff
• Ensure the safety and security of our properties and residents
• Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and upkeep
• Keep accurate records and documentation of all property management activities

Job Specification

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role like teacher or discipline incharge.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
