Job Description
- Post all the guest charges and credit into their respective folios and settle all the guest bills
- Greet and welcome guests
- Exchange foreign currency as per the rules and regulations
- Distribute petty cash to staff and authority
- Control safety deposit lockers
- Operate the accounting machine and be responsible for all the posting
- Make sure that all guest concerns are properly heared over and acted as per the positional authority
- Provide up-to-date information about hotel and city of the guest
- Receive guest mail or hotel mail and forward them properly
- Makes restaurant reservation, ticketing
- Arrange sightseeing tours
- Receive guests message and forward them
