Job Description
- Greets individuals entering the building (e.g. associates, visitors, vendors, etc.) and directs them to appropriate personnel and or location
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintains and updates employee and building information (e.g. schedules, staff directories, emergency contacts, etc.) in order to provide reference information.
- Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stockKeep updated records of office expenses and costsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingProvide excellent customer service.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
Job Specification
- Female with a minimum of one-year experience
- Good communication skill
- Possess high customer service.
- Studying Bachelors or completed.
