Job Description
- Handling inbound Enterprise Service related phone calls, mails and TT of Enterprise.
- Customers’ identification, acquisition and closing sales.
- Maintaining required records of the client
- Develop and execute enterprise sales related activity
- Provide sales activity report on weekly basis, monthly and quarterly
- Aggressive field approach in organizations and meet revenue goals
- Initiate and maintain professional relationship with customer
- Liaise with inter department and customer
- Dealing with dues issues of the client
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in related field is preferred. A fresher can also apply.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Â Polite & pleasing personality
- Should be able to work under pressure and with targets and willing to work during odd hours
- Work in a cross-functional, team environment
- Passionate about sales
- Possession of Two wheeler and a driving license is a must
