Job Description
- Plan and execute all sales related activities and ensure target is met of team.
- Maintaining required records of the clients.
- Liaise with inter department and customer.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with new and existing enterprise clients.
- • Market analysis and strategy planning of business inside branch territory.
- • Accountable for enterprise sales personal activities and strong work sprit.
- • Monitor, mentor, create efficiency, target focus, team retention of the branch.
- • Aggressive lead generation, market segmentation and business planning.
- • Proper reporting of team on monthly and quarterly basis.
- • Should focus on Training and development of team members.
- • Develop and maintain strong team work and proper supervision.
- • Maintain relevant statistics and information relating to the sales activity in the branch.
- • Keeping track of client’s future needs and modification and materializing it accordingly
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
- Should have at least 2 years' experience on Hospitality Sector preferred to worked in Admin or I.T. Department.
- Should have excellent proven record on concern field.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali.
- Team-player, polite & pleasing personality.
- Excellent communication skills. A team player with can-do attitude.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills.
- Mature and self-motivated person with leadership abilities to get things done.
- Should be able to work under pressure and with targets and willing to work during odd hours.
- Possession of Two-wheeler and a driving license is a must.
