Position: Dealer(Female) (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Run and present games, strictly following the procedures of the Live Dealer module
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments according to the set procedures
• Show accurate and honest approach throughout the game
• Show friendly and polite attitude throughout the game
• Strictly follow the rules and procedures of the live studio
• Any candidate interested must genuinely be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.​

The work will be organized in three shifts with two days off:

10:00-18:00

18:00-02:00

02:00- 10:00

• In case of necessity, the Employee may be involved in work exceeding the normal working hours. In this case, the Company will compensate employee depending on the shift.
• The employee shall have annual leave for each working year for the period of
• twenty-four (24) working days.
• The Company will pay the employee a monthly salary in AMD equivalent to USD 500 taking into account the AMD/USD ratio given from the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at that moment.
• In addition to the salary, the employee will have the right to receive tips from the amount paid to the Company in the process of the game from the client-players of the Company.

The Company shall compensate employee the following expenses:

• The cost of the ticket of the first arrival of an employee to Armenia’s capital "Yerevan" from their country and the cost of a return ticket upon the expiration of the employment contract.
• Expenses related to obtaining visa, work permit and residence card in the Republic of Armenia.
• Expenses for renting an apartment, with the obligatory condition of residing with other dealers.
• All utility costs for the rented apartment.
• Health insurance within Republic of Armenia.
• Clothes for wearing in the workplace.
• The employment contract is for 12 months, with a mandatory probation period of 1 month. The employee will get salary during probation period pursuant to the clause 5 of this Job announcement.
• Before signing Job announcement the employee shall present a valid (at least for
• one year) passport and document certifying education.
• In case of early termination of the labor agreement by the employee, the Company will have the right not to compensate the cost of the return ticket from the Republic of Armenia.
• The Company will have the right to demand full compensation for the expenses mentioned in the clause 6 of this Job announcement, in case the employee terminates the labor agreement between the Company and employee unilaterally before the end of the 1 st contractual year.
• This Job announcement will be considered as an inseparable part of the labor agreement to be concluded between the Company and employee in future.
