Job Description
- Keep track of documents, contract, orders, which needs to be handled on time and deliver to right people/authority, pre-notifying on renewal of such documents on time, filing documents.
- Prepare claim sheets, Payment request letters, Performa Invoice, and due reminder emails for Outstanding receivables, fees and commission on weekly basis.
- Monitor processing of invoices and ensure timely collection of payments, negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
- Set weekly action plan for the Credit Collection of Finacle Projects.
- Closely coordinate with Project Manager and Finance team for the billing date and milestone payments.
- Handle foreign currency approval affairs for Finacle Project related Suppliers.
Job Specification
- Keep track of receivables and maintain credits within the credit period.
- Keep track of documents, orders and contracts; maintain good relations with clients & vendors and reports to seniors time and again with updates.
- Coordinate and support the department in carrying out the assigned responsibilities.
- Bachelors Complete
- Experience of 1-2 years in similar sector
- Tying and documentation experience in Nepali is prefered
