Job Description

Duration: Four Months

Summary of Job Purpose:  

This position will be responsible and work closely with Suaahara II Agriculture and Communication/Outreach team; and DFTQC/MoALD to develop Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture (NSA) programming guide/booklet based on program findings, learnings and reviewing secondary documents; review documents related to NSA; quick assessment on food security and NSA program implementation tools in Nepal; draft an NSA program package framework; organize a meeting on NSA program package development; and develop NSA program package. 

Educational Qualifications and Experiences:  

  • Master's degree (agriculture, nutrition and food security program designing, implementation, documentation experiences/exposures-is must)
  • Knowledge on scope of agriculture for nutrition outcomes
  • Experience in design and publication materials like training manual, teaching aids, handbooks; and 
  • Experience in coordination with government bodies to endorse published materials
