Job Description
- Support in the voice collection of radio program Bikas Ko Bato and Other radio program as and when required.
- Support to Program Producer and team member to maintain all audio inventories from all sector on the basis of content calendar of radio program.
- Support to Program Manager, Producer and team to ensure the Radio program produced by AFN and FM partners have maintained the standard quality and as accordance to the project objectives, deadline and reporting needs.
- Provide necessary support to Producer in setting up CAG meeting as a planned manner.
- Build the skill to ensure digital and hard copy filing and database of all program scripts and audio.
- Provide support to production team of project in planning of issues, writing scripts, selecting guests & getting feedback from listeners.
- Participate to the production and projects team meeting as per the need.
- Provide support to MERD team to maintain database of radio program in regular basis.
- Submit self-evaluation and personal progress report in monthly basis and report to Program Producer. The language of the report must be in English.
- Learn the skills of recording, editing and mixing of radio program.
Job Specification
- Candidate should have a +2 pass in the relevant field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills and excellent documentation skills and the basic ability to work radio program.
- Good understanding of governance & democracy issues, like contemporary political landscape of Nepal.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills.
