Position: Accounting and Finance Officer (Premium Job)

Post and process accounting entries in the system of the company.
Must have strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, and Cash Reconciliation.
Maintain stock keeping of the company.
Collect internal cash and deposit it as required.
Properly maintain book-keeping and record keeping of accounting and financial documents.
Assist the team in maintaining financial records and company accounting.
Coordinate and work together with the external auditor on a required basis.
Supervise and monitor accounting entries and treatments of the company.
Handle overall banking related tasks and works.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
Follow-up creditors and debtors of the company for payment and receipts.
Prepare required documents for legal purposes related to accounts and finances.
Take proper control of the finances for the company.
Assist the team in reviewing financial records, company accounting, and financial guidelines.
Coordinate with team according to the responsibilities as mentioned above.
Maintain company's official accounts and financial documents.
Prepare and execute board meetings.
Coordinate and work together with the external auditor on a required basis.

Required: Taxation Report Writing Data Analysis Tally Excel
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in related field
Must have strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Tally and Excel
Must have strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Accounting Policies and Business Law
An experience of Manufacturing Accounting will be a plus point
