Job Description
- Tracking and updating of dealer payment
- Processing of returns requests from warehouse
- Update bank entries
- Preparation of monthly VAT return and filing of VAT return
- File monthly TDS return and verify the same from IRD’s website
- Conduct and execute bank reconciliation
- Handing of dealer cheques and prepare dealer ageing reports
- Weekly reporting for MIS
- Conduct physical verification of Closing Stock
Job Specification
- Basic accounting Knowledge
- Experience in Swastik accounting system is preferrable
- Bachelors in Management
- Knowledge of TDS, VAT and monthly VAT return filing
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail orientation, well organized, good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Two Wheeler and valid driving License
- Male Preferable
