Job Description
The Public Relation Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering meaningful relationships with investors and stakeholders, and promoting the organization’s ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate must be goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Have a great knowledge regarding stock market ( Promoter Share and Secondary Market).
- Strong knowledge of the share market, including TMS, SEBON guidelines, and NEPSE operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Investors and stakeholders.
- Induce and encourage potential investors to invest in the company’s upcoming projects to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through various channels.
- Conduct awareness programs regarding upcoming project/ongoing projects to new investors/stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of investors and stakeholders queries.
- Performance will be evaluated based on the achievement of targets set by the management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specification
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Undergraduate level)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in any of the following sectors:
