Product Sourcing: Conducted inquiries for new products based on business needs, evaluating supplier capabilities and pricing.
Supplier Coordination & Negotiation: Actively communicated with suppliers for quotations and negotiated favorable pricing, discounts, and payment terms.
Inventory Management System (IMS) Updates: Maintained accurate and up-to-date records in the IMS, including purchase entries, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
