Job Description
- These are field based positions. The trainee ANM will work (as learning by doing) together with exiting government or PHASE staff in the government health / sub health posts and do community activities in the assigned VDC.
- The ANMs will need to do all the job together with the existing staff to build their skill so that when existing staff are absent the facility can still provide some basic level of service.
Job Specification
- Sharp, Bright and eager to learn.
- Recently qualified ANMs with good marks are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates who have worked previously in government sub-health posts or done their OJT there will be given higher priority.
