Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to handle our social media platforms, ensure timely communication with candidates, manage basic tech tasks, and support the overall digital workflow of the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Facebook and other social media platforms for job postings.
Maintain consistent branding and actively grow social media presence.
Plan content and growth strategies for TikTok and other pages for Pacy and sister companies.
Respond to all messages, comments, and queries on the same day – no exceptions.
Submit a written explanation report for any unanswered message within the same day.
Receive CVs from candidates and accurately record them into the company’s database.
Regularly clean and update the candidate data bank.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues (Wi-Fi, printer, PC).
Contact external service providers or escalate to internal technical support when needed.
Support technical setup during interviews or presentations.
Ensure all tech devices and systems are turned off before leaving the office.

Job Specification

Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor's running or completed preferred.
Experience in handling social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to online queries.
Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
Good data entry and organizational skills.
Punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
