Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing education consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting students through the process of selecting and enrolling in international or local educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s int’l education services with test preparation programs to prospective students and parents.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, online campaigns, and educational fairs.
- Provide guidance to students on course selection, admission processes, visa requirements, and career paths.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain CRM/database records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or consultancy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
