Job Description
Oometo Partners is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities. The role ensures smooth functioning of marketplace operations, logistics coordination, vendor management, and internal processes while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operational activities across marketplace, logistics, and service delivery
- Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational SOPs and workflows
- Supervise operational staff and ensure productivity and performance standards
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify operational risks and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and applicable laws
- Work closely with Business Development, Finance, HR, and Tech teams
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or service industry preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
