Job Description
Job Description (JD):
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads, and engaging audiences across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on analytics.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, product) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage website content and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiar with website and marketing analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
