Job Description

Job Description (JD):

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, acquiring leads, and engaging audiences across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on analytics.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, product) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage website content and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Job Specification

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiar with website and marketing analytics tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
