Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and respond to all inquiries related to admissions, academic programs, and other administrative services effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate polite and professional communication via phone, emails, or other means of communication, providing necessary information.
- Effectively communicate with different departments within the institution and other stakeholders.
- Provide necessary support to ensure efficient operations and administration.
- Perform any other duties related to administration, operations, and student support within the scope of the position.
Note: Preference will be given to local candidates.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have fluency in both English and Nepali languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.
- Prior experience in administration or a related role in an educational institution is an advantage
