Job Description
- Responsible for the administration and work process at school.
- Keep school records and supports staff to do the same.
- Ensure that high-quality teaching and learning take place in the school.
- Disclose the job description of teachers and other staff members.
- Organize staff and professional development meetings (PDM)
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all the affairs of staff and pupils.
- Assign duties to teachers and supervise them so that the objectives of the school can be achieved.
- Participate as an advisor in the various committees established in the school.
- Verify all bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies.
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation with sound analytical skills
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.
- Regular visit to the tax companies, local offices, auditing, government offices etc.
Job Specification
- Min. Bachelor Degree. Preferable Master’s degree.
- Must have extensive school administration experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
