Job Description

BMW Auto Centre is looking for a customer-focused Front Desk & Billing Executive to manage front desk operations, handle customer inquiries, and prepare accurate VAT invoices. The role requires strong communication skills, basic billing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams while ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Prepare and issue VAT bills/invoices accurately using the company system

  • Maintain proper records of customer transactions and billing data

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently

  • Collect, update, and manage customer data in the database

  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups regarding services, payments, or feedback

  • Address customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions

  • Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for billing and customer-related issues

  • Ensure front desk area is organized and presentable at all times

  • Support administrative tasks as assigned by management

Job Specification
  • VAT Billing Knowledge: Basic understanding of VAT billing/invoicing and accounting procedures

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing/accounting software

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Nepali and English

  • Customer Handling: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally

  • Data Management: Ability to maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Organizational Skills: Good multitasking and time management abilities

  • Personality: Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude

  • Other Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with different departments
