Job Description
  • Office management, operation and administration.
  • Managing day to day operation .
  • Researches, compiles, assimilates, and prepares confidential and sensitive documents, and briefs the administrator or executive regarding content.
  • Assists in various business process as and when required by the executives.
  • Produces a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.
  • Compiles and maintains records, statistical information, and reports
  • Keeps track of the tasks at hand.
Job Specification
  • Candidate from finance background are more preferred
  • Good management, communication and inter-personnel skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package - Word, Excel and other software.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali.
  • Good report writing skills.
