Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operation Role.
- Identity, rectify and analyze Orders
- Co-ordinate with Clients for Order Status
- Stock Overview
- Co-ordinate with internal department for smooth dispatch
- Maintain proper records of daily output, manpower, and equipment use.
Supervisory Role.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in manufacturing and packaging glass products.
- Monitor daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Inspect materials, machinery, and finished products to ensure quality control.
- Ensure all safety protocols and factory regulations are followed strictly.
- Report operational issues, delays, or equipment malfunctions to senior management.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new production staff.
- Liaise with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep of machinery.
Advisory Role.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Enforce discipline, work ethics, and cooperation within the production teams.
Other
- Other Assignment given from time to time.
Job Specification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Freshers are highly encouraged however experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of production machinery and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or process sheets.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of MS office suite and engineering software
- Ability to multitask
- Adapt to new technologies
