This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Butwal. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, performing regular maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering field service support. The position involves providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
- Proven skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving in automotive systems.
- Hands-on experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solutions for equipment and vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools, modern automotive technologies, and safety protocols is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and provide effective solutions.
