Job Description
An AI Tools Expert identifies, implements, and optimizes AI-powered tools to improve business operations, productivity, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, and implement the latest AI tools and platforms.
- Train employees on effective use of AI applications.
- Automate repetitive business processes using AI.
- Create AI-powered workflows for content creation, customer support, data analysis, and reporting.
- Integrate AI tools with existing software and business systems.
- Monitor AI trends and recommend new solutions.
- Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Develop prompts and workflows to maximize AI performance.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, and Runway.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (Notion AI, Canva AI, Zapier AI, Make, etc.).
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience working with AI tools, automation, or digital transformation.
- Certifications in AI or automation are an advantage.
