Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Public Relations Intern role based in Kathmandu. The intern will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, assisting with marketing strategy development, and coordinating basic public relations activities such as drafting announcements and supporting media outreach. Daily tasks include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing competitor and customer data, and supporting social media and digital communications. The intern will help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral, and assist in organizing events or promotional activities. The role also involves responding to basic customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and maintaining accurate records of marketing and PR activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze basic data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Interest or foundational experience in sales support, including assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and preparation of sales materials.
• Understanding of marketing strategy concepts, with the ability to support campaign planning, content drafting, and brand messaging.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective corporate clients, educational institutions, or business partners to present Easy Service portfolios.
• Deliver corporate pitches, hand over promotional materials, and gather initial requirements from potential clients.
• Represent the brand professionally during face-to-face meetings and networking events.
• Customer service mindset, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and support positive client relationships.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics) is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) and a valid driving license for daily client visits.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.

Interpersonal Skills: Confident personality with a strong interest in corporate sales, pitching, and relationship building.
