Our Client, Times Mansiri Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent and result-oriented professional to lead the sales and market expansion of premium diesel generator solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical selling and value-selling capabilities, with the ability to promote the reliability, quality, and premium positioning of our products.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage sales teams and dealer networks, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business goals and sales targets on monthly quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Rolls Royce diesel generator sets periodically
  • Identify, formulate and execute the strategies for the Market Coverage
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Conduct technical presentations and provide value-based selling solutions to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings, and business development activities.

Job Specification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diesel genset or related engineering industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in technical selling and value-based sales approaches.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the country.
