Video Editor and Graphic Designer (Mid Level – 1 | Intern – 1)

Position: Full Time

Office Hours: Sunday – Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full Time: 7 Hours/Day), Saturday: Closed

Location: Sukedhara, Kathmandu

Perks: Paid leaves, Flexible hours based on output, Festive bonus, and CIT benefits

Salary: Mid Level – Rs. 360K to 480K (Annual) | Intern – Rs. 100K to Rs. 180K (Annual) – Higher for candidates with relevant qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with 1–2 years of experience creating polished and professional video content
• Must have a brief knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects
• Intern candidates should be passionate about video editing, videography, graphic design, and the associated industry, with a strong interest in content creation (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Should BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop) be capable of video editing and graphic design
• Expertise in operating filming equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, and microphones
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of video editing techniques, video and audio codecs, file formats, and compression
• Should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work with precision to ensure high-quality final output
• Must have a creative approach to video editing and graphic design, with the ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas
• Must be able to manage their time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in technology, startups, and emerging digital trends will be viewed favorably
• Candidates with prior experience in this field are preferred
• Candidates with an academic degree in a filmography/video editing-related field will be given higher priority, depending on their knowledge and understanding
• Must be a team player
