Your Mission
You will be the face of TalentPop to the creator community. You’ll spend your days engaging with talented individuals and building a network that serves as the engine for our e-commerce success. Your ability to negotiate and build rapport will be the key to our high-impact campaigns.
Daily Core Tasks
- Outreach & Engagement: Proactively source and engage influencers who resonate with our brand and specific campaign goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and measurable KPIs.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
- Content Quality Control: Provide creative direction and review content to ensure brand alignment.
- Performance Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate optimization reports.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with social media and content teams for seamless campaign integration.
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing and broader digital marketing.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.
- Analytical skills to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Passionate about brand storytelling and campaign innovation.
Must have a personally owned PC/Laptop (Intel i5 / 8GB RAM minimum) and a reliable 15 Mbps internet connection.
