Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal / Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations, administrative coordination, and executive assistance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across administrative, accounting, and research functions.


Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events 

•⁠ ⁠Manage calendars, reminders, and travel arrangements for both personal needs and office

•⁠ ⁠Identify and track new business opportunities, including tender notices and RFPs 

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and organize physical and digital documents including maintaining bills, invoices, contracts and records

•⁠ ⁠Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally 

•⁠ ⁠Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews) 

•⁠ ⁠Support preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals 

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations 


Qualifications & Skills

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) 

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of accounting principles 

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
