Our Client, Sweet Dream Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, assisting clients with travel planning, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning travel arrangements (business, leisure, and group travel)
Book flights, hotels, tours, and transportation services
Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel guidelines
Issue tickets and manage reservations using booking systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Prepare and manage travel itineraries and make necessary changes when required
Advise clients on travel insurance, safety measures, and travel policies
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Stay updated on travel deals, airline policies, and industry trends

Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred)
Basic knowledge of geography and international travel regulations
Good understanding of ticketing procedures and travel bookings
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally
Computer proficiency (MS Office and booking systems)

Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable based on skills, experience, and potential)

Additional Information

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall potential
Candidates with prior relevant experience in ticketing, travel operations, or a similar role will be given strong preference.
However, freshers who are highly enthusiastic about building a career in the travel and tourism industry are also encouraged to apply.
