Job Description
Yango Group is looking for a Support Specialist to assist users via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, and escalate complex issues when needed.You will be responsible for
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
- Providing policy-based resolutions to customers and partners
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal teams
- Escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali (traditional)
- English proficiency at the B2 level, with confident written and spoken communication
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
- Previous experience in customer support (preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
