Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Content Creator to join our team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will develop engaging digital content across various platforms to boost brand visibility and drive engagement. The role involves content creation, graphic design, strategy planning, social media management, and multimedia project execution. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and innovative content aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

●       Ensure on-time delivery of production proposals and campaign outcomes.


●       Prepare and submit at least 1 proposal daily for clients related to production/shoot requirements.


●       Oversee daily shooting activities for ads and content production (one or more shoots per day).


●       Ensure voice-over is completed for ads when necessary, including coordination with voice artists and studios.


●       Maintain clear communication across creative, production, and operations teams to avoid delays and misalignments.


●       Ensure punctuality and commitment to all meetings and project milestones.


●       Provide regular production status updates to the Creative Fulfillment Head and Operations team.


●       Review and analyze previous projects to gather lessons learned and suggest improvements for future shoots.

●       Support pre-production tasks such as:

1.      Script revisions

2.      Shot scheduling

3.      Audio-visual planning

●       Preparing voice-over session materials


●       Collaborate with the creative team for video ideas, concept development, and script planning.


●       Assist in location scouting and researching potential shooting venues or studios.


●       Support set design and art direction to align with the tone, theme, and concept of the campaign.


●       Update and manage vendor/freelancer database with current contacts and services.


●       Coordinate with vendors/freelancers for shoot setup, logistics, and technical support.


●       Contribute to process optimization by suggesting improvements for shoot efficiency and workflows.


●       Conduct regular inventory checks for all production-related equipment, props, and materials.


●       Maintain a shoot preparation checklist and ensure all assets and equipment are ready in advance


●       Ensure resource delivery is timely by coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.


●       Track project progress closely to meet internal and client deadlines without delay.


●       Attend weekly planning meetings to sync on roles, deliverables, and timelines.


●       Organize and facilitate pre-production and post-production meetings to ensure proper planning and closure


●       Keep the production calendar updated with accurate timelines, tasks, and deliverables


●       Support the creative team during shoots to ensure smooth production and coordination.


●       Maintain a file/database of all assets in production, including usage status and version control.


●       Prepare and update shoot details (asset list, location, timing) one day prior to scheduled shoots.


●       Ensure all shoot-related assets and gear are prepared, packed, and ready before shoot day.


Educational Requirements 


  • ●      Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film, or a related field.
