Retail Sales Growth

Achieve retail growth via demand forecasting, customer engagement and localized strategies.

Territory monitor and reporting

Continue identifying and onboarding high-potential dealer points in underpenetrated areas to expand network reach.

Inventory monitoring

Enhance inventory planning to maintain 10% stock of annual sales in monthly basis

Promotion / Activation effectiveness

Strengthen campaign planning with dealers to ensure effectiveness in regional level ATL & BTL activities

Travel/Visit

Maintain strong field presence for market intelligence report

Crisis Management Readiness

Implement preventive plans and protocols to boost crisis readiness of dealers/branches

Reporting

Deliver timely & accurate reports with data completeness to support strategic decisions to your supervisor
