Head – HR Operations | Chaudhary Group (For One of Units under Chaudhary Group)

Reports to: Group HR Head/ Dotted to respective MD

Chaudhary Group is looking for a seasoned HR Operations Head to lead and strengthen our HR delivery for one of our key business units. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who understands the pulse of manufacturing environments and can drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Role Overview

As the Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and a strong employee experience across plant and corporate setups.

Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, HR MIS, and employee lifecycle management
Drive process standardization, SOPs, and automation across HR functions
Partner with business and plant leadership to ensure smooth workforce operations
Strengthen governance, audit readiness, and statutory compliance
Manage and mentor HR teams across locations
Ensure seamless HR service delivery across plant and non-plant employees
Work on manpower rationalization and optimizations for various manufacturing units
