Role Description
The ATM Field Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The primary responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ATM machines at client locations. Additional tasks involve conducting routine maintenance, addressing technical issues, and providing on-site support to ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The technician will also adhere to company and client service standards and maintain comprehensive records of service operations.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ATM machines or similar hardware
- Understanding of troubleshooting processes and experience in resolving technical equipment issues
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and address service calls promptly
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site as needed
- Technical or vocational training in electronics, IT, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's running, in any degree
