Role Description

This full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu is for a Branch Manager at SajiloNet Pvt Ltd. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage teams, develop business strategies, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, optimizing branch performance, analyzing market trends, and driving operational efficiency. Additionally, the Branch Manager will lead a team, promote staff development, and maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Analysis skills
Sales, Customer Relations, and Client Relationship Management skills
Strong Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills

Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
