Role Description
We're hiring a Creative & Design Lead to own how our AI product looks, feels, and communicates visually across the market — end to end — from brand identity and campaign creative to website design, product storytelling, motion assets, and performance-led creative iteration.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine strong design thinking with strong execution. You will not just be making visuals — you will be shaping how the brand is perceived, how the product is understood, how campaigns are experienced, and how design contributes to awareness, trust, engagement, signups, demos, and pipeline.
The role requires someone who can operate across brand design, campaign creative, social design, paid creative, website and landing page design, product storytelling, motion/video support, and AI-assisted creative workflows, while maintaining high standards for quality, speed, consistency, and business relevance.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in creative design, brand design, visual communication, performance creative, multimedia design, or design-led marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, productivity, workflow, automation, or related technology categories.
- Exceptional visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, composition, clarity, and design consistency.
- Strong ability to simplify AI and product complexity into clear, compelling, high-signal visual communication that helps the audience understand value faster.
- Tools : Comfort with Figma as a core design tool, along with strong working ability in relevant design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools required to ship modern creative work.
Work Setup
This is a full-time role based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with distributed collaboration across teams and time zones.
The candidate must have a personal laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and their own transport for work-related commuting, coordination, and in-person requirements as needed
Compensation
Competitive fixed salary based on experience, capability, and fit. Performance-based incentives linked to creative, campaign, and business impact. High performers may also be considered for ESOPs / equity-linked incentives as the company scales.
