Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Baneshwor for a Counselor Cum Assistant Manager - New Zealand. The role involves counseling students regarding study opportunities in New Zealand, guiding them through application processes, and ensuring they understand visa and admission requirements. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with institutions and students, managing case files, and ensuring a high level of professional service. The role also includes assisting management in tasks such as handling inquiries, conducting promotional activities, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
- Provide expert counseling support for complex/high-value cases.
- Guide branch teams to improve conversion ratios and application quality.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of New Zealand enrollment targets across branches.
- Train, mentor, and monitor counselors across branches.
- Develop SOPs, counseling frameworks, and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Oversee application and visa processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Standardize documentation and counseling processes across all branches.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with New Zealand institutions and representatives.
- Manage partnerships, updates, and communication with universities.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and education trends.
- Identify growth opportunities for the New Zealand market.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional strategies.
- Analyze data and generate reports for management decision-making.
