Job DescriptionOur Client, Sano Paaila Daycare & Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children across Play Group, Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels. This role requires strong teaching skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons for early years students
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
- Develop interactive teaching methods to support early childhood development
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning environment
- ECCE/Montessori training preferred
- Fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, caring, and pleasant personality
- Ability to handle young children with care and professionalism
- As per work experience and school requirements
