Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Kathmandu. In this role, you will manage client relationships, address client inquiries and concerns, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include coordinating client accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting the development of client strategies. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the alignment of services with their needs.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction
Proficiency in creating and delivering Presentations to communicate effectively with clients
Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to ensure seamless and reliable client interactions
Knowledge of Social Media Tools like Meta Suite and TikTok Studio.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Agency experience is preferred.
