Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphics & Video Designer, based in Bhaktapur to one of our premium client's Nepaldecor, which is a branded marketplace in Nepal. The role involves creating visual content, designing graphics and logos, developing branding materials, and working on typography to craft visually appealing and impactful designs. The Graphics & Video Designer will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and project goals while maintaining design quality and originality. Additionally, the role includes enhancing video content with edits and optimization and ensuring the final output meets organizational and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with design tools and software such as figma, canva, photoshop, illustrator, etc.
• Experience in Logo Design, Branding, and creating cohesive brand visuals
• Strong skills in Typography and visual composition
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, visually impactful designs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving in design
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree completed at least
• Equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field of at least 1 year
• Prior experience in video editing with Adobe Premier / Filmora required
• Knowledge of motion graphics software is a plus
• Experience with 3D Maya or Blender is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging design trends and applying innovative techniques.
