Role Description

We’re hiring a Content & Storytelling Lead to own how AI product is communicated to the market — end to end — from positioning and narrative to content production, campaign execution, social media management, and performance-led iteration.


This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine strong storytelling with strong execution. You will not just be writing content — you will be shaping how the brand is understood, how the product is explained, how campaigns are launched, and how content contributes to awareness, trust, signups, demos, and pipeline.


The role requires someone who can operate across strategy, messaging, content, SEO, social, paid campaign support, and conversion-focused communication, while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, consistency, and business relevance.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in content, copywriting, storytelling, brand, social media, campaign execution, or content-led growth, ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, productivity, workflow, automation, or related technology categories
  • Exceptional written English with strong clarity, structure, persuasion, editorial judgment, and taste
  • Comfortable with tools Docs, Notion, and basic project management tools
  • Obsessed with truth-based storytelling — real product value, real use cases, real outcomes, and credible communication.


Work Setup

This is a full-time role based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with distributed collaboration across teams and time zones.

The candidate must have a personal laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and their own transport for work-related commuting, coordination, and in-person requirements as needed


Compensation

Competitive fixed salary based on experience, capability, and fit. Performance-based incentives linked to content, campaign, and business impact. High performers may also be considered for ESOPs / equity-linked incentives as the company scales.
