Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Counselor to join our Sales team at Folliderm. The role requires strong consultation, client relationship management, and sales conversion skills. The Senior Counselor will guide clients through treatment options, recommend suitable services, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Candidates with a strong sales counseling background in education consultancy or a similar field are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

1.     Provide professional consultation to clients regarding Folliderm’s treatments and services.

2.     Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages.

3.     Convert consultations into sales by effectively presenting treatment benefits and packages.

4.     Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat visits.

5.     Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the front desk team to ensure smooth client service.

6.     Maintain proper client records and consultation details in the system.

7.     Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.

8.     Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

9.     Assist in preparing sales reports and client conversion reports.

10.   Handle client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

11.   Guide junior counselors and support them in improving consultation and sales performance.

12.   Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities to generate leads.

13.   Ensure proper documentation of treatment plans, packages, and payment details.

14.   Maintain a professional consultation environment and ensure premium client experience.

15.   Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and campaign follow-ups.

16.   Maintain confidentiality of client information and treatment details.

17.   Ensure compliance with company policies and consultation SOPs.

18.   Handle high client volumes during peak hours while maintaining service quality.

19.   Maintain strong product and treatment knowledge to effectively guide clients.

20.   Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales counseling, preferably in education consultancy, healthcare, aesthetics, or similar service-based industries.

• Strong sales, consultation, and client conversion skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in handling high-value clients and premium services.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and client management tools.

• Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking skills.

• Professional personality with leadership and team guidance capability.
