Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Multi-Destination Counselor to manage student counseling and application processes for multiple study destinations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in overseas education counseling, visa processes, and student relationship management across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to students for multiple study destinations (UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Finland, Denmark, New Zealand, etc.)

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses

• Handle complete application processes including documentation, offer letters, and confirmations

• Guide students through visa application procedures and interview preparation

• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and international partners

• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads and applications

• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to business growth

• Support junior counselors and share best practices

• Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and education trends of different countries

• Ensure high standards of customer service and student satisfaction

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Completed)

Required Experience: 4 – 5 years in multi-destination counseling

• Proven experience in counseling for multiple countries

• Strong knowledge of admission and visa procedures

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
