About Us:
We're a fast-growing email marketing agency helping eCommerce brands (primarily Shopify) boost their revenue through highly targeted Klaviyo email flows and campaigns. We’re currently focused on closing high-value clients and scaling fast.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and connect with eCommerce businesses (USA & Europe) via cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram and other outreach channels
- Personalize outreach, start conversations and qualify leads
- Introduce email audit offers and book discovery calls
- Conduct initial discovery conversations and handle structured follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing/creative teams to align messaging
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies to increase conversions
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in cold outreach/lead generation
- Experience dealing with international clients is a must
- Strong understanding of eCommerce (USA & Europe markets)
- Strong communication skills (written as well as spoken English)
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs
- Results-driven, self-managed and persuasive in communication
Compensation:
Salary: NPR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Performance-based incentives (call bookings + closed deals contribution)
