Our Client GBO Holdings Limited is Hiring Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. Ensures accurate financial records, supports financial planning, and provides strategic financial advice to management.
  • Oversee and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
  • Review bank reconciliations, financial schedules, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with government financial regulations.
  • Support management with financial insights related to cost control, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
  • Perform additional financial duties and special assignments as required by senior management.

Job Specification

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional accounting body.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation regulations in Nepal.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and managing audits.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Familiarity with corporate finance and internal control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation laws, VAT regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced accounting software.
  • Ability to prepare professional financial reports and presentations.
  • Strong financial analysis and decision-support capabilities
  • Flexibility to work as needed to meet organizational deadlines.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
