Job DescriptionOur Client GBO Holdings Limited is Hiring Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. Ensures accurate financial records, supports financial planning, and provides strategic financial advice to management.
- Oversee and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Review bank reconciliations, financial schedules, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with government financial regulations.
- Support management with financial insights related to cost control, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
- Perform additional financial duties and special assignments as required by senior management.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional accounting body.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation regulations in Nepal.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and managing audits.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
- Familiarity with corporate finance and internal control systems.
- Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation laws, VAT regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced accounting software.
- Ability to prepare professional financial reports and presentations.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-support capabilities
